Qualitylace products are available via our website www.QualityLace.com

 

 2)      What type of lace materials are our products made from? 

All QualityLace products are handmade of 100% cotton lace unless otherwise indicated.

 

 3)      How do I pay for products purchased through Qualitylace.com? 

All payments are processed by Paypal.  You can pay by a credit card or use paypal account for payments.

  

 4)      When will my order be processed?

Our goal is that all orders are processed within one business day. You will receive an email from us confirming your shipment.  If you do not receive an email, please contact us at 425-996-0523 or inquiry@qualitylace.com.   

 5)      Do you ship your products outside of the Unites States? 

Yes, we ship our products to international customers. International buyers have to assume responsibility for any additional duties and taxes their country might enforce on these hand crochet products

 

 6)      What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with our Money Back Guarantee. Returns must be made within 15 days after merchandise is received. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. You should bear the return shipping charges.  

 7)   How do I care for lace products purchased through QualityLace? 

Machine wash in cold water in delicate cycle and hang dry or lay flat.
